Very bad experience. Room use other customers and they don’t change bed and pillow cover. Used towel still hung in bath room. When we request to change bedsheets and pillow cover answer we don’t have any staff for Chang.

Touseef

The hotel was closed and no one manned the office....I arrived at the scheduled date, but the hotel was closed we didn't stay there but still I was billed for the whole 3days. So disgusting.

Babas

We stayed at New Lucky House in Jordan. It was near the MTR and it had a lift which was very helpful since we had 6 luggages.
